Join Wrinch Memorial Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse and provide compassionate care to patients in long-term care settings. This role emphasizes delivering quality nursing services while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to ensure respectful and civil care at Northern Health. In this full-time position, your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and advocating for patients' needs. You will also be expected to participate in meetings and assist with staff orientation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients/residents

• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans

• Conduct thorough assessments and document interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Assist with orientation of new staff and students

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Registration with BCCNM as a practicing LPN

• Current basic cardiac life support certification

• Demonstrated knowledge of CPR procedures

• Ability to work effectively within teams
