As a Nurse Practitioner, you will integrate clinical expertise and evidence-based practices in managing acute and chronic conditions. This full-time position requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to facilitate health education. Your experience in community health and commitment to patient care will play a critical role in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient care strategies

• Manage community health assessments and initiatives

• Order tests and prescribe necessary treatments

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Provide education tailored to diverse populations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Three years full-time experience as a Registered Nurse

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C

• Registered/eligible with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan
