Candidates must possess a valid practicing license with CLPNM, and have at least one year of relevant experience in a medical or long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in accordance with the CLPNM standards

• Maintain competencies as defined by Prairie Mountain Health

• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to support patients

• Adapt nursing techniques based on changing situations

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Active practicing licensure with CLPNM

• Current BCLS certification

• One year equivalent full-time LPN experience

• Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle access

• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
