Telemedicine Registered Practical Nurse in Drayton

Location: Central Alberta (Stettler)

Serve the community as a Remote Telemedicine Registered Practical Nurse with Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team in Drayton. Deliver high-quality care through telemedicine and in-person services across multiple locations.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in patient assessments and chronic disease management. This position offers the opportunity to enhance community health while effectively utilizing digital tools for patient care. Your experience and creativity will drive innovative approaches to healthcare delivery within rural settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telemedicine services via the Ontario Telemedicine Network

• Support in-office primary care across Drayton and Palmerston

• Collaborate with team for coordinated patient care

• Assist patients in assessing chronic diseases

• Facilitate access to both virtual and in-person healthcare

Requirements:

• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Primary care or telemedicine experience preferred

• Proficient in electronic medical records, especially PS Suite

• Strong technical skills for troubleshooting

• Valid driver's license for site travel
