Key Responsibilities:

• Offer direct patient care following prescribed plans

• Keep accurate documentation per the established care standards

• Provide education on self-care to patients and caregivers

• Coordinate with other disciplines for comprehensive care

• Maintain equipment and supplies adhering to proper techniques

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program

• Three years nursing experience preferred

• Valid licensed vocational nurse license in California

• CPR certification required
