This part-time role is essential for overseeing the Intensive Care Unit operations and ensuring the quality of patient care. The Patient Care Coordinator will lead staff, manage daily patient flow, and improve care processes through collaboration and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and staffing of the unit

• Lead interprofessional collaboration and education initiatives

• Manage patient admission and discharge planning effectively

• Evaluate and implement quality improvement measures

• Support staff in achieving clinical performance goals

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration

• Three years of recent clinical experience, including supervisory

• Post-graduate qualification in the clinical area is a plus

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills in nursing

• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
