Join Northwood's long term care team in Bedford as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Provide comprehensive resident care, including medication administration, personal care, and support for families in both full-time and part-time shifts.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Northwood, you will conduct resident checks, administer medications, and assist with personal care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident checks and vital signs assessments

• Administer medications and process doctor's orders

• Provide personal care such as feeding and wound management

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program with pharmacological training

• Licensed in Nova Scotia with current CPR certification

• Recent clinical experience and leadership abilities

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Capable of performing heavy lifting and teamwork
