Position: Charge Nurse for Long-Term Care
Location: Huron (Wingham)

In this role, you will lead resident care in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient health, administering medications, and ensuring adherence to LTC policies. Your leadership will be essential in guiding other care staff to deliver high-quality care and comply with infection control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resident care as the Charge Nurse

• Support RPNs and PSWs within the unit

• Monitor residents and react to health changes

• Administer medications and necessary treatments

• Ensure accurate documentation per LTC guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid RN license with CNO

• Experience in long-term or geriatric care

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Commitment to resident-focused team care
