Deliver comprehensive, client-centered care as a Nurse Practitioner with Assisted Living Alberta in Red Deer. Utilize advanced clinical skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal health outcomes. As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will manage clients with chronic diseases, leveraging your expertise in nursing and medicine.
The role includes assessing and diagnosing patients, ordering tests, and prescribing treatments tailored to individual health needs. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and education for new healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities   Provide specialized care to clients with chronic diseases
Collaborate with physicians and specialists for best practices
Conduct assessments and manage patient health needs
Participate in program committees and quality improvement
Mentor current NPs and provide educational support
Requirements   Master's degree from an approved Nurse Practitioner program
Active registration with CRNA as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as an NP
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Experience in community or long-term care preferred
