As a Registered Nurse, you will take on the Charge Nurse role, guiding care teams and ensuring residents receive top-notch care. You'll conduct health assessments, manage medication administration, and maintain compliance with long-term care regulations. Your clinical leadership will foster effective teamwork and high standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the unit as Charge Nurse for resident care

• Provide guidance to RPNs and PSWs

• Conduct thorough assessments and respond to health changes

• Administer treatments and medications responsibly

• Oversee documentation and adherence to regulations

Requirements:

• RN license from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in long-term or geriatric care

• Strong decision-making and leadership skills

• Effective communication and collaboration

• Commitment to high-quality, resident-focused care
