Step into an autonomous role as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with Somnia Anesthesia eph’s Medical Center in Stockton, CA. This role involves fulfilling 24-hour weekend shifts with a focus on a high-acuity case mix.

In this position, you will be instrumental in providing anesthesia care in an Independent Practice Model, supporting critical surgical cases in a 355-bed hospital environment. Your expertise in managing complex procedures and working independently in a team-oriented atmosphere makes this role exceptionally rewarding. Additionally, you’ll be involved in teaching and mentoring residents, enhancing your professional trajectory while serving patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia services in trauma, cardiac, and OB cases

• Utilize advanced techniques in regional anesthesia

• Operate with full clinical autonomy

• Participate in the Anesthesia Residency as an educator

• Support high-acuity surgical operations

Requirements:

• Active CRNA and RN licenses in California

• NBCRNA certification required

• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS

• Preferred experience in high-acuity settings such as trauma

• Competence in independent practice
