Home Health Care Registered Nurse

Join The Care Company as a Home Health Care Nurse serving Northumberland clients. Your expertise will help seniors thrive in their own homes through personalized care.

We are seeking dedicated nurses for 10-12 hour shifts, available Monday through Friday or on weekends as needed. A commitment to a consistent schedule and experience with Ontario Health at Home clients are key to success in this role. Ideal candidates will possess strong assessment and communication skills to effectively support clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough client assessments and craft individualized care strategies

• Manage medication administration and record vital signs

• Facilitate safe mobility for clients within their homes

• Document changes in clients' health and report to supervisors

• Connect clients with community resources and support services

Requirements:

• Valid RN registration with the CNO

• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications

• Comprehensive background check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

• Experience in home care settings or similar environments

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
