Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary care to complex medical patients

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary health care teams

• Maintain ongoing patient assessments and documentation

• Mentor new staff and students in clinical practices

• Lead patient care coordination within the unit

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with Ontario's College of Nurses

• 3-5 years of recent critical care experience preferred

• Current BCLS and ACLS certification preferred

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
