Age Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive care to residents. This full-time role involves collaboration with Registered Nurses and a healthcare team to ensure all medical needs are met. You will guide Personal Support Workers while upholding high standards of practice in line with required regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care to residents

• Collaborate with healthcare team members during shift reports

• Implement Age Care policies and coordinate care plans

• Communicate significant resident changes to physicians

• Provide direction and guidance to Personal Support Workers

Requirements:

• Knowledge in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Awareness of applicable health and safety acts

• Experience with patient care administration

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
