Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to residents

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on care plans

• Liaise with physicians regarding resident changes

• Oversee Personal Support Workers’ performance

• Participate in shift reports for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses

• Strong background in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Familiarity with relevant health care acts and regulations

• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
