Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage nursing care within RPN scope

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary practice and team planning

• Mentor RPN students and new staff effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

• Maintain up-to-date registration with the College of Nurses

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Diploma in Practical Nursing required

• Recent clinical experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
