Key Responsibilities:

• Create tailored care plans with patients and families

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care as per guidelines

• Assess and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Uphold patient rights and safety at all times

• Mentor other healthcare staff with your expertise

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing with Ontario's nursing college

• Minimum of one year community experience

• Excellent time management and crisis resolution skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
