Position: Clinical Charge Nurse at Prairie Mountain Health

This role reports to the Client Care Coordinator and focuses on nursing leadership. Successful candidates will bring at least three years of clinical nursing experience, with certifications in Trauma Nursing and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support preferred. The position encourages collaboration with healthcare professionals to enhance nursing practices and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care activities with the healthcare team

• Provide direct nursing care to patients and families

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care

• Support individualized nursing care plans for the team

• Ensure documentation consistency with facility policies

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse licensure

• Minimum of three years clinical experience

• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
