As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Bay Care Health System. This position involves independent patient care, working in tandem with interdisciplinary teams, and providing emotional support to families. Your experience in managing critical care situations will help ensure the safety and recovery of vulnerable newborns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans for patients

• Organize patient care interventions efficiently

• Prepare safe environments for at-risk patients based on assessments

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse license

• BLS and NRP certifications are necessary

• At least 2 years experience as a NICU RN required

• Associate Degree in Nursing required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
