Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications under physician guidance

• Perform ECGs and supervise urine drug screenings

• Collaborate on developing patient treatment plans

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records

• Communicate with physicians regarding patient status

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or BSN required

• Experience in addiction treatment preferred

• Good standing with the College of Nurses in Ontario

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• Strong commitment to mental health and addiction care
