As a Community Health Nurse at Dilico, you will engage in impactful health services, guided by the Community Health Service Manager.

Your role will focus on providing essential immunizations, managing communicable diseases, and delivering prenatal care within First Nation communities. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet community health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced health assessments in community settings

• Facilitate immunization training and program oversight

• Implement strategies for disease prevention and community education

• Collaborate on prenatal health initiatives

• Ensure compliance with community health policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent diploma

• Two years’ experience in community health nursing

• Background in First Nation health services

• Certified in CPR and Standard First Aid

• Valid Driver’s License required, with vehicle access
