Access Healthcare Services Inc. is looking for enthusiastic Registered Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for community nursing in the Russel and Embrun regions. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized nursing care in home environments

• Conduct client assessments to develop comprehensive care plans

• Follow CNO Professional Standards and AHS policies

• Maintain best practice standards for infection control

• Participate in on-call nursing rotation

Requirements:

• Must be an RN or RPN with active CNO registration

• Covid-19 vaccination proof required

• Valid driver's license and vehicle necessary

• Current CPR certification

• Recent police check and TB test required
