Dilico is offering a full-time role for a Community Health Nurse to deliver vital health services in Thunder Bay, ON. Reporting to the Community Health Service Manager, you will carry out advanced nursing assessments and oversee immunization efforts while traveling to First Nation communities. This position requires flexible scheduling according to service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive nursing assessments for community health

• Manage and monitor immunization programs

• Provide education on communicable diseases

• Engage in prenatal and maternal health services

Requirements:

• Four-year BScN degree or three-year nursing diploma

• Must have two years of relevant nursing experience

• History of work within First Nation contexts

• CPR and First Aid certification mandatory

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
