We are looking for  RNs  and  RPNs  who desire great flexibility in their schedules.

This is a Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual position in the Tobermory, ON and surrounding areas.

Hours of work are 8 am - 8 pm within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Wages

For Registered Nurses (RN)  This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)  This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What

The Role Involves

Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.

Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services

Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school

Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team

Performing other clinical duties as required
