Position: Community Nursing Role at ParaMed
Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will engage in scheduled community visits, addressing the diverse care needs of patients. Enjoy a collaborative work environment while developing your clinical skills and fostering long-term relationships with patients.

This role offers a balance between autonomy and support from registered nurses for more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical and safe nursing care to patients

• Use assessment tools to evaluate individual patient needs

• Execute and modify care plans based on continuous monitoring

• Build rapport and maintain professional patient records

• Participate in ongoing clinical training and development

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as an RPN in good standing

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Experience in community care is an asset

• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel

• Bilingualism in English/French preferred
