Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments to create customized care plans

• Document care interventions and outcomes in alignment with policies

• Maintain safety standards and proactively mitigate risks

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and advocate for residents

• Provide clinical nursing leadership to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school

• 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Active CARNA registration in good standing

• Excellent observation and communication skills

• Current CPR certification
