As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will report to the Director of Care and deliver patient-focused nursing care in a compassionate residence. Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, your role involves providing high-quality care that upholds the dignity and well-being of all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident assessments, care plans, and documentation

• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans effectively

• Assist with transitions like move-ins and discharges

• Educate residents and families about care and health conditions

• Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes in conditions

Requirements:

• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia

• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge and coordination skills

• Excellent time management and communication abilities

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
