Personal Support Manager

Position: Full-Time Personal Support Manager Role
Location: Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

Elevate community health services as a Personal Support Manager with Care Partners in Ontario. This full-time position involves leadership, coordination, and supervision to enhance patient care and support workers.

As a pivotal member of Care Partners' leadership team, you will oversee Community Support Workers while ensuring the effective delivery of care plans within Community Health Services.

Your role will also require you to stay informed about health policies, mentor teams in best practices, and promote positive public relations. This full-time opportunity includes evening and weekend on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise Community Support Workers in various settings

• Develop effective Care Plans in collaboration with Ontario Health

• Monitor compliance with health policies and employee performance

• Promote Community Health Services through public relations efforts

• Guide workplace Health and Safety practices

Requirements:

• RN or RPN degree/diploma required

• 3-5 years relevant job experience

• Current registration with the CNO

• Effective leadership and communication skills

• Vehicle required for travel within assigned areas
