Ashcroft Urgent & Primary Care Clinic is hiring two Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality care in an ambulatory setting. Successful applicants will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and providing comprehensive orthopaedic support. Ideal candidates should possess strong nursing skills and a commitment to ongoing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions within orthopaedics

• Assist in the application and modification of casts and splints

• Provide education on patient care and recovery

• Document patient interactions following clinic policies

• Collaborate with physicians and NPs for improved care pathways

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized practical nursing program

• Current licensure with BCCNM

• Formal education in Orthopaedics is a plus

• Strong organizational skills in clinical tasks

• Ability to work both independently and in teams
