Position: AgeCare Long-Term Care Director
Location: Whitby Region (Gormley)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate resident care activities

• Investigate and resolve concerns and complaints

• Ensure effective supervision of nursing personnel

• Develop and maintain resident care plans

• Organize the Annual Care Conference Program

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant management experience

• 3+ years in Long Term Care settings

• Current certification as a Registered Nurse

• Education in nursing and nursing administration

• Organizational management diploma or certificate
