Join the County of Elgin as an Administrator focused on Infection Prevention & Control at Bobier Villa. This leadership role ensures resident care and oversees operational efficiency in a warm, supportive environment.

As a part of the leadership team, the Administrator/IPAC is responsible for optimizing resident services and driving continuous improvement within a long-term care facility. You will manage infection prevention initiatives, comply with regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture while supervising department staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all Departmental Managers

• Monitor and maintain a 97% occupancy rate

• Drive resident-centered care initiatives

• Implement infection prevention and control measures

• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Degree in health or social services, or equivalent

• 7-10 years in management in health services

• Current Infection Control certification or training

• Familiarity with infection control best practices

• Strong leadership and communication skills
