Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily tasks per NSCN standards

• Document residents’ files and incident reports

• Administer medications following care plans

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families

Requirements:

• Registration with Nova Scotia College of Nursing

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Experience with seniors is an asset

• Strong decision-making skills under pressure

• Criminal record check required
