Position: Registered Practical Nurse - Full-Time Float

Embrace a fulfilling role as a Registered Practical Nurse (Float) with HART Hub in Atikameksheng Anishnawbek & Sagamok Anishnawbek, ON. Provide comprehensive primary health care to Indigenous communities while working in a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

This full-time contract position extends until March 31, 2028, with a salary range of $58,662 to $64,101. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will deliver clinical care, participate in health service evaluations, and engage with community members seeking support. Your contributions will directly impact the wellness and holistic health of individuals and families within First Nation partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support to community members accessing the HART Hub

• Participate in developing and evaluating health services

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members

• Conduct health teachings on drug abuse and addiction issues

• Maintain comprehensive records using electronic medical systems

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario

• CPR and First Aid certifications

• Experience in mental health or community health preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills, working with marginalized populations

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
