The Central Alberta Cancer Centre is seeking recent nursing graduates to participate in a unique 12-month program. This program includes enhanced orientation and independent practice phases, allowing you to grow under the mentorship of experienced nurses. You’ll be able to provide quality, patient-centered care while gaining necessary skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services to patients and families

• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving in care

• Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients

• Support an integrated and holistic approach to care

• Collaborate with clinical guides and mentors

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Active registration with CRNA, or eligible

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Graduated within the last 12 months

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for patient care
