Position: RPN Opportunity at Southlake Health

Join Southlake Health as a Registered Practical Nurse in a full-time capacity in Newmarket, ON. This role focuses on delivering excellent patient care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with RPN standards

• Contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions

• Document ongoing assessments of each patient's condition

• Support new staff through training and mentoring

• Foster safe and exemplary nursing practices

Requirements:

• Completed RPN diploma from a recognized institution

• Active BLS Certification required

• RPN Certificate from CNO with good standing

• Preferred recent experience in general medicine nursing

• Knowledge in blood sampling from CVADs preferred
