We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to support our Home Health team at Sparwood Health Centre. This position focuses on assessing, planning, and implementing nursing services to enhance clients’ well-being. You will utilize your nursing skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide essential support to clients and families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans

• Assess service eligibility for client care

• Enhance quality of life through detailed care assessments

• Demonstrate evidence-based nursing practices

• Engage in committee work and research projects as needed

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing

• Current practicing registration with BCCNM

• Valid B.C. driver’s license essential

• Personal vehicle use may be necessary

• Flexible availability for casual shifts
