We are looking for a Primary Care Registered Nurse who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and has 3 to 5 years’ experience in primary care or chronic disease management. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and an understanding of Indigenous health principles, allowing for effective integration of culturally sensitive practices. Applicants must also be adaptable to organizational changes and proficient in using various technological platforms.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
