Become an integral part of patient care as a Registered Practical Nurse at West Parry Sound Health Centre. Located in Parry Sound, this full-time role offers day shifts, Monday to Friday.

The Registered Practical Nurse will work in a Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, delivering primary medical care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include assisting in medication administration and engaging in health education programs for the community. This position focuses on providing comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary medical care to clinic patients

• Administer medications and assist with IV care

• Deliver health education programs to community members

• Maintain precise patient documentation

• Collaborate with team members for integrated care

Requirements:

• Current RPN Certificate of Competence

• Completed RPN program with required training

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Knowledge of healthcare-related computer applications

• Experience in primary care and acute care settings
