Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care based on professional practice standards

• Direct Personal Support Workers effectively

• Liaise with physicians and healthcare team members

• Notify physicians of significant changes in resident status

• Participate in shift reports to ensure care continuity

Requirements:

• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Knowledge of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act

• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations and standards

• Commitment to serving seniors with dignity and respect
