Position: Southbridge Permanent Part Time RPN
Location: Middlesex (Clinton)

Reporting to the Director of Care, this position emphasizes the assessment and monitoring of residents’ health, requiring you to implement physician orders and develop tailored care plans. Your contributions are crucial in ensuring compliance with nursing standards while engaging in multidisciplinary meetings. Successful candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills to thrive in this fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to established standards

• Assess and implement physician orders for residents

• Organize restorative and palliative care functions

• Supervise and evaluate nursing team performance

• Participate in training and orientation for new staff

Requirements:

• Valid certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registered or eligible for registration with the RPN Association

• Knowledge of health care practices and infection control

• Effective collaboration and communication skills

• Negative vulnerable sector check within 6 months
