This role is crucial for ensuring that residents experience high-quality care during overnight hours from 23:00 to 07:00. As a vital member of the care team, you will collaborate with Registered Nurses in implementing the care plans tailored to each resident. Your consistent presence will foster comfort and safety for all individuals in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing procedures within LPN scope

• Monitor and report resident health changes

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document care accurately and timely

• Enhance comfort and safety during shifts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing

• Good standing with BCCNM registration

• Preferred experience in assisted living

• Willingness to work overnight shifts
