Key Responsibilities:

• Follow individualized care plans as per client needs

• Administer medications and document patient progress

Requirements:

• Registered as a practical nurse with the CNO

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Previous experience in home care preferred

• Access to reliable transportation

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
