Position: Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client-centered nursing care in home settings

• Employ critical thinking in patient assessments

• Follow health care legislation and standards

• Work collaboratively with health care professionals

• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements:

• Credentialed practical nurse education completion

• Current practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Previous home care experience is a plus

• Must possess driver's license and vehicle
