Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents

• Administer medications and maintain care standards

• Manage department functions during supervisor absence

• Evaluate and direct personal support attendants’ work

• Document incidents and follow up efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing; registered in Ontario

• Experience in senior living or long-term care

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Availability for flexible hours and various shifts

• Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certification
