Evening RPN Community Visiting Nurse

Location: Northwestern Saskatchewan (Battleford)

Pursue a meaningful nursing role as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with Acclaim Health, focusing on evening client care in a home setting. Provide tailored support including medication management and wound care.

As a part of our community visiting team, you will work evening shifts starting at 4:00 pm and participate in a weekend rotation. This position offers a chance to deliver vital nursing services, helping clients manage chronic illnesses and palliative needs while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize nursing care based on client assessment

• Develop and implement care plans

• Conduct thorough health status evaluations

• Administer IV therapy and medications

• Attend team meetings for care coordination

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of community clinical experience advised

• Registration with the CNO and CPR certification

• Exceptional communication and teaching abilities

• Experience in palliative care preferred

• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
