Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per individualized client care plans

• Administer medications and monitor outcomes

• Perform health assessments and clinical procedures

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RPN

• Strong communication skills in English

• Previous home care or community nursing experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
