Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Role

This position is tailored for nurses with NSWOC certification, providing flexibility and diverse assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate wound conditions and implement treatment plans

• Train patients in self-management techniques

• Conduct holistic assessments to identify client needs

• Engage in discussions around evidence-based wound care

• Ensure adherence to nursing care policies and standards

Requirements:

• Graduate RN with current registration in Ontario

• NSWOC or pending certification; IIWCC or WCS certification preferred

• Several years managing wounds and ostomies

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license for travel between patients
