Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive medical and psychosocial assessments

• Offer advanced consultations addressing complex addiction needs

• Support clients through their recovery journey in a collaborative setting

• Ensure compliance with health standards and documentation

• Conduct educational sessions for clients and community partners

Requirements:

• Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certification

• CNO registration as RN Extended Class in good standing

• 3-5 years of relevant Nurse Practitioner experience

• CNA certificate in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing desirable

• Valid Ontario Driver's License required
