The Bassano Health Centre is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to contribute to patient and community health. You will evaluate client needs, craft effective care plans, and maintain high standards of nursing practice.

Your role will be integral to providing comprehensive support and education to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's needs and create care plans

• Engage with families in care planning discussions

• Deliver holistic nursing care to ensure safety

• Promote health maintenance and disease prevention

• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized nursing program

• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Familiarity with care service standards

• Preferred:
Experience in Long Term Care
