Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the Responsive Behaviours Program

• Coordinate meetings and training sessions for the BSO team

• Compile reports and statistical assessments as required

Requirements:

• Currently registered RPN in good standing

• 3-5 years relevant experience in long-term care

• Strong assessment skills in mental health

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
